Jeanne's Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix. You don't have to use this mix, it is just a mix that I really like. I have to say though that I like to add coconut and almond flour as well to my recipes.
Jeanne's Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix
1 1/4 C. brown rice flour
1 1/4 C. white rice flour
1 C. tapioca flour
1 C. sweet rice flour (also known as Mochiko)
2 scant tsp. xanthan gum
Store in an airtight container.
